Basic training Due Diligence Act (DDA) and related topics (CRS, FATCA, VwEG and data protection)

The focus of this basic training is on the DDA, whereby the individual topics are presented using the following processes
- Obligations when establishing a business relationship
- Obligations within the framework of the management of a business relationship
- Obligations upon termination of a business relationship
In addition to the DDA obligations, the basic features of the CRS, FATCA and VwEG obligations as well as the DDA-relevant provisions of data protection law are also presented, as these are often based on the DDA obligations. Differing perspectives between banks, trustees and asset management companies are also examined.
This event is suitable both for newcomers and for existing employees who wish to update their knowledge.
