The complexity and dynamics associated with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) requirements place equal demands on managers and employees of financial institutions. Any potential liability or reputational damage can only be minimized through a shared understanding of compliance on the part of those entire involved, consistent adherence to defined guidelines and standards, and a professional, conscious approach to risk.

In view of the galloping overregulation of the financial market, employee training is becoming increasingly important. 
Our training courses, seminars and workshops focus on imparting know-how to employees, raising awareness of the topic of GRC, and coaching and advising managers and GRC officers. In doing so, we place particular emphasis on the practical implementation and applicability of what has been learned. We are also happy to conduct training courses and workshops tailored to your company's needs and to prepare individual training documents for them. 

For this purpose we offer general further training events on various topics. We attach particular importance to the practical application of the training contents. 

In addition, Stephan Ochsner also frequently lectures on various topics in his capacity as managing director of the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Liechtenstein (VuVL) or at selected events at the University of Liechtenstein.
