Data Protection Declaration for visitors of our website
Please note that this is a translation of our German Data Protection Declaration. In case of deviations, the German version shall prevail.

Your data and the necessary protection of it is important to us. We only process necessary data about you. Hereby we can guarantee to do this with the necessary care, not least to protect you from any possible misuse.
With this Data Protection Declaration, we would like to provide you with an overview of the manner in which we process your data and your rights in this connection according to the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter called “GDPR”) and the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz, hereinafter called “DSG”):

II. General information on data processing
1. Scope of processing personal data
The processing of our your personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Our users' personal data is only processed for the purposes agreed to or alternatively on a legal basis (in the sense of the GDPR). We only collect personal data that is actually necessary for the execution and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.
2. Your data protection rights
As our client or in general as a data subject, you are entitled to be informed about your personal data at any time, in particular about its origin and recipients, as well as the purpose of the data processing. You additionally have the right to rectification, data portability, to object and to restriction of the processing or deletion of incorrect or improperly processed data.
You have the right to withdraw any given consent to use your personal data at any time. The exercising of your right of access, deletion, rectification, objection and/or data portability may be addressed to the contact details listed under item I. 1 of this Declaration.
If you are of the opinion that our processing of your personal data is in breach of applicable data protection law or that your statutory data protection rights have been infringed otherwise, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Liechtenstein, the Data Protection Office (www.datenschutzstelle.li) is the competent authority.
III. Description of data processing
1. Information on the provisions of the website
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from «http: //» to «https: //» and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Server Logfiles
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically records data (server logfiles) and information about the computer system of the accessing computer.
The following data is collected:
- information about the browser type and the version used
- operating system of the user
- internet service provider of the user
- date and time of server inquiry
- IP address of the user
- Referrer URL (originating website)
- City and country from which the user accesses the website
- Number of visits as well as the duration of access
Processing this information is neither a statutory, nor a contractual obligation. We retain this information due to our legitimate interest as per Art. 3 para.1 lit. f GDPR.
Processing is performed for the following reasons:
- to ensure a problem-free connection to our website
- to ensure a reliable use of our website
- to ensure system security
- to ensure system stability
- further administrative purposes
It is possible that your data is processed by processers, who act as service providers in connection with the maintenance of our homepage. We do not use your data mentioned above in order to draw conclusions to you as an individual.
Cookies
Our website occasionally uses so-called cookies. Cookies do no damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our services more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”, which are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Contact/ Registration Form
If you send inquiries or registrations for one of our courses via the contact / registration form, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of communicating with you and processing your request.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary and will not be passed on without your consent. The processing of the given data takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If you contact us to request an offer or register for one of our courses, your data will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
After your request has been dealt with, personal data will be deleted after 6 months at the latest. If a contractual relationship is established, we are subject to the corresponding statutory retention periods and delete your data after the respective deadlines.
LinkedIn Plugin
Our website uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Every time one of our pages containing LinkedIn functions is accessed, a connection to LinkedIn servers is established. LinkedIn receives the information that you have visited our website through your IP-address. If you click the "recommend" button from LinkedIn and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn is able to assign your visit of our website to you and your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the website, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by LinkedIn.
The LinkedIn plug-in is used on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the greatest possible visibility in social media.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter "Google"). Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our offers and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
We do not collect personal data by integrating Google Maps.
However, when you visit the website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to your Google-account, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your Google profile to be assigned, you must log out of Google before using the function of the map.
Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and / or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles and must contact Google to exercise this right.
